First Day
First run today, love the app! Right off the bat I had a pain in the inside of my upper calf/lower knee area. But I kept at it and by the 6th run portion it had worked itself out. I deal with a lot of pains all over my body and have denying that exercise will actually help me (I know deep inside that it will be the only thing that will). So I made it through today and look forward to Sunday for week 1 run 2. I hope that this blog will keep me accountable and motivated!

Hi! I'm at the same stage as you-started Fri and have just done the second walk/run this morning. It was ok but my legs were still hurting from Day 1 but I persevered! Bring on Day 3! Good luck with your training
