Hi there! My name is Emily and I am new to the program. Today will be wk1 d3. My sisters are doing it with me. I am using this to train for a Warrior Dash.

My sister can't go running today because her hubby has to work. We were wondering if she can do the workout on the elliptical? Does that count?
