I was just wondering if anyone else have noticed since mentioning that you want to get fit with "Get Running" app, friends and family say "is it to loose the weight"?
I'm 5'6 and weigh 10.3 stone which I admit isnt the same skinny frame I had when I was 27 (but I'm now a happily married 33 year old - times change ) but still I wouldn't say I'm overweight?
I honestly wonder if people have forgotten what real woman look like - I wonder if Marilyn Monroe would have been told to diet if she was alive and famous in our times?
Just for the record, I'm doing this plan for me, to make me happy, strong and fit! You can keep your dress size 0 Kate Moss, I'm happy just being me
Hi Queeny. Good for you! Stick to your guns - and don't listen to 'em! Enjoy the programme. And enjoy getting happier, stronger and fitter!
And 5f6 at 10st3 is a BMI of 23.1. Pretty much bang in the middle of the 20-25 healthy range!

Im not saying being overweight is wrong, far from it. But I do feel woman and men are made to feel we need to look like Victoria and David Beckham - and I think it just lowers peoples body confidence - which is alwful.
Everyone should be happy with themselves and just want to improve on what they already have with increasing fitness levels.
Sorry for the rant but as Peter Griffin from Family Guy says "it grins my gears" lol
Hi Queeny! I honestly can't believe anyone would say that to your face, it's ridiculous! You sound perfectly healthy!
Please don't listen to any of them and just get on with the app for the reason you bought it - and mostly have fun any weight that's lost is just an extra perk!
