I have been to the doctor today and have been told that I have sprained my ankle from running in cheap trainers

Im now on rest leave for at least a week, and will probably be longer as im going on a diving holiday in a couple of weeks time and dont want to push it too soon, and ruin that also.
Im absolutly gutted, but will be back as soon as I am able to. My last run was week 4 day 2, so at least im half way through the program, and I hope to still stay active and not allow my fittness level to drop too much.
The most ironic thing about the whole situation, is I started this program, to get fit in time for my holiday as I find diving is hard work, when you're not used to being active.
oh well, as Arnie says I will be back
