I am still running though the weather in DK has been on/off rather windy and wet - this coming week though will be nice.
I very much dreaded the start on W4 yesterday, 3 mins & 5 mins - but it all went well, so I am ready for the next two runs. A friend of mine (she actually recommended this app) is one run ahead of me and we are very good at keeping up each other's spirit.
And - proud to announce - I am no longer a smoker and hasn't been since last weekend. I really had to stop as my lungs definitely didn't like it... and turning 49 seemed like a good occasion. My son hasn't even noticed, but I have - I am no longer freezing my butt off in the garden
Excellent on running and quitting smoking! I'm in Minnesota in the U.S., and we're hitting our chilly wet ( and about to start snowing ) season here as well. I start week 8 on Tuesday, but haven't quite finished with my smoking habit. I'm hoping that I'll have quit by my 48th in January.
Keep up the program, it keeps getting more amazing!

Hej Danmark!. Jeg håber du nyder den kørende! Well done on the smoking and I hope you continue as well with the programme. Mike
(I did my week 4 runs last summer when visiting København )
Nice Danish - well, hope you enjoyed your stay in Copenhagen - if the weather's nice it's a lovely city. I live a little outside Cph - so no flat running for me, a little hilly - but not the steep hills as you can manage in Bath & surrounding towns
