Well I'm pleased to say that I've completed week 2 and ran them all in the rain!
To be honest it was rather fun and kept me cool! I've loved learning to run and I don't ache at all.
The reason I started this was because my running friend took me for a 4k run and I thought if I didn't die on the run I would of died from painful legs syndrome the 2 days following! My friend didn't even break a sweat!
I'm looking forward to week 3 and eventually running 5k with my friend without wanting to die!
