Thanks for the advice starknut and june194!

I did week 2 run 1 this morning!! And it was a great success- super proud of myself. As ive been reading on this forum, I took the runs super slow and steady and was able to quite easily finish the run! Wooohooooo!!

June194- that's a good point about the treadmill thing. The only thing is I feel like I don't run properly on treadmills.. But that could have been my complex about running that I had before starting this program. I might give it a try in the next few weeks if I can get access to one :)

Run 2 here I come!

Woohoo!! Just finished week 2! I'm so proud of myself!

I find that getting up early and getting ready for the run, I'm dreading it, but once I get going its great!! It's seriously not as hard as I thought it would be :)

Can't wait to start week 3..

And did week 3 run 1 this morning.. I cannot and could no believe I managed to run 3 minutes straight! It's beyond me but the creators of this app knew exactly what they were doing.

Loved when coach Claire said "remember- that's three times the run you could do 2 weeks ago!" I was like YEEHAH!
