Just started today. Found it harder than I thought

Lot of people do, but don't give up! Otherwise why was the point in struggling through your first session?
You can always redo weeks if you think the next one is going to be too hard. You can redo week1 10 times until you feel comfortable if you so wish!
The most important thing is not to give up. You've taken the first step now you just new I keep putting one foot infront of the other.
