I just did week 1 day 1 and feel really good, I have to admit I don't as of yet have the guts to run outside so I'm at present confined to my treadmill and as I couldnt reach the remote I had to suffer just under half an hour of Jeremy Kyle, I have to plan my tv viewing better on Friday

Congratulations on conoleying your first run! I think Jeremy Kyle would be a great motivation for going as hard as you can (wanting to get away from the crazy people!)
Maybe try your next run outside, you don't look as daft as you may think. In fact, I saw an old school friend while I was out on my first run last night and he texted me this morning to say he thought it was great I was training and asked if I was training for the local marathon! I thought I looked an idiot but apparently I looked professional!
