W5 R3!!!

I just ran W5 R3 on my treadmill. I may be the slowest runner ever, going 4.8-5.3 mph with a 30 second burst of 6mph at the end but, I finished it. At some point I need to take my trainig outside!

Congratulations! It's quite the accomplishment to be able to say you ran for twenty solid minutes! We must be tied for Slowest Runner Ever, because I averaged 15 minute miles (4 mph, basically) for the duration of my big 20 minute run today, too. So... Say what you will, the two of us are runners! Coach Claire even said so!
