My name is John and I'm doing week 2 run 2 tonight, started Get Running on New Years' Day and really enjoying it. I'm aiming to progress to 5K, then 10K and hopefully a half marathon in the next few months. I'm also a type 1 (Insulin dependent) diabetic and wondered if anyone has any tips for balancing blood sugar levels on longer runs? Any advice would be most welcome!
