

Anyone else taking it to the next step and signing up for an event?
I find the treadmill to be easier, just because it keeps you going at a steady pace. When you run outside, once that runner's high starts kicking in, you speed up without even realizing it and then the run becomes just that little bit more difficult.Jysmystry wrote:Im too scared!
