I've just compeleted Run 2 on week 3 and i feel great for it!
I'm 5'1 just under 9 stone, i dont eat a great deal and i hope with this app and with eating well (ish) i get to lose at least a stone, (no more.)
I've noticed already that i have lost some weight and i've toned up a little on my legs and stomach which was is my problem areas! I love my curves but they needed trimming!

Its a confidence boost so I won't be giving up! And SUMMER is coming and i want to look and feel fit!
I feel gret after every run, and i hate having rest days! But yes i knowthey are there for a reason!
Will keep you all posted! Please comment as i would like to hear of other stories about weight loss and fitness!
