Just finished week 2 - much easier than week 1, my legs don't ache at all now. Had some Achilles tendon pain from earlier injury during early part, but did some very specific stretches (from the GP originally) that help with this - also helps to stretch your calves and hamstrings after running.

One thing this app could really use is stretching advice at the end, as it's important to avoiding pain later. If that's too much to include, how about a configuration option that lets Get Running automatically launch a 'do your stretches' app from someone else?

If you load up Get Running and look in the lower left corner, there is a question mark and and an i, and when you click that, it brings up several options. The first says "how to run" and opens an article with all sorts of good advise for starting out, which includes a link called "don't forget to stretch." I've found it very helpful, and hope you will too.
