Hi Steph, how are you? I've just finished the programme today with a 30 minute run (bit of a delay but got there in the end). I also need to improve my pace and I am thinking about doing the whole programme again, but with Week 1 on the 8 one minute runs to run faster than usual pace and so on. What do you think?
