P.S. I wrote a blogpost about my Couch to 5k experience here - some of you might find it of interest. :)

Well done expat! It was such an amazing feeling crossing that finish line wasn't it?!

I managed it in 30:24 which I was amazed by as i'd been much slower in training - think I must have had a surge of adrenalin! I'm also doing the bridge to 10k app now (definitely not as good as get running but it does the job!) and am trying to find a 10k to sign up for in May.

To anyone unsure about signing up for their first race.. do it!! Any nerves on the starting line are gone as soon as you start running with everyone else and it's incredible finishing knowing that you would never have seen yourself doing anything like it, just nine weeks ago :D

Excellent time! Congratulations. I second what you've said - doing an official run was such a fun experience and I felt fantastic when I crossed the finish line.
