Have just completed R3W2. I did struggle somewhat today, tho not having found a route I'm happy with, I hit a run on an incline which really didn't help. I also found out that if you receive a phonecall the app will pause, not knowing this & waiting to be told to run, I threw in a little run of my own.

Whilst pleased with my progress, I do feel a little disheartened as I know I am capable of more on a treadmill. Running outdoors, I feel, is so much harder.

With W3 looming I am wondering how much harder running for 3 whole minutes is going to be?

Hey have faith in yourself it's not so long ago that I started out on my 1st 1 min run and went into a near melt down when I saw 3 mins coming up but I never gave up on my own ability and this morning I completed my 1st 25 mins run , it wasn't always easy and I had runs like yours with my iPhone going on a shutdown once and another time when I came upon a huge hill I promptly turned around and ran back the way I had came ,i'v had days where I couldn't see where I was going with the rain gathering on my specs but everyone has bad runs just stop thinking about it and start out your nx run with a positive attitude . Goog Luck and post when you have done your 3 mins

Well, the 3 minute run went very well. Started in a positive mindset, thanks for advise Bobzoe, went early this morning so thinking that helped too.

Don't want to get over-confidedent so have decided to think of each run on it's own merit. Trying not to think about weeks ahead or what has happened on previous runs.

Still, very chuffed about this run. Maybe I will one day consider myself as a runner! ;)
