Complete beginner !!!
I am a complete novice runner - I've attempted a few steady jogs through fields behind my house and really enjoy it and want take running a bit more seriously. My friend joined a running club after separating from her husband as a way to meet people and now (2yrs later) runs marathons - it seems this running can be addictive as well as exercise!!
