Run #1 under my belt!
It went well. I am looking forward to having a program to keep me on course, instead of falling off the wagon when I just start up myself. The goal is to become runner, not someone who runs sporatically. It will be nice to have company along the journey using this feature. Good luck to everyone!

All the best! I'm about to start week 3! It's a great program if you're 'going it alone' as I am! 'claire' is good company, very calm and never nags! The perfect running partner!
