I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the guys and gals that produced this app.
I started running back in Sept and completed the course in Dec.
I have since gone on to run my first 10K race last weekend and finished with a time of 1:12:16.
Not going to break any world records but I feel its a good time considering when I first started out I found week 1 hard going lol
im now planning on maybe training towards a half mathron for the start of next year.
But i know I couldnt have done any of this without Get Running!
