Try setting the incline to 1 or 2% to simulate an outdoor run. You'll do fine once you get used to it!

I did the program up to the end of week six on the treadmill with a 2% incline set. When I went to run outside I was still at around week 4r1 level. I have stopped using the treadmill for now and have just completed week 5 outside. The treadmill is worth some training but my endurance/distance/speed certainly wasn't equal to outside. I'm also doing a 5km in June and think it's probably safer to just train outside at the moment. Hope this helps. Let me know how you go.

If it's very warm out, your body feels like it's worked harder, and you will tire faster than you would if you did that same run in cooler weather. I loved doing outdoor runs when it was so cold I could see my breath, because I wouldn't get overheated and just felt like I could go on forever. On Wednesday I went out in the heat, with 75% humidity, and barely managed 10 minutes! This not a problem you have to deal with indoors!

I think running outside is good for health, as on treadmill we continuously run on flat surface. But outside the surface is uneven so our body also go like that. It keeps our muscles fit and firm.
