Every time I've had an injury or other extended break from running, I go back and redo w5r3 just to get an idea of where I'm at. If you can do that run with minimal difficulty, repeat week seven's 25 minute runs, and then go on to week 8 as usual. It's not really a good idea to just jump right back in where you left off: it gets discouraging. Giving yourself a bit of time to ease back in is, in my opinion, much more rewarding than setting yourself up to fail right off the bat.

Thank you for advice but I couldn't run for any longer than 16 mins and that was extremely difficult maybe I'm still suffering jet lag since returning from Australia on Tuesday to Ireland , (paying for having such a good time ) but I will go back out again in the morning if I could run for 28 mins 4 wks ago I won't be long getting there again .
