Starting Week 6

Post by jjohnson1011 »

Today I will do workout 1 from week 6. I was so proud of myself for completing the 20 minute run last week :D . I was really nervous about it, but after reading other posts on this forum it pumped me up and gave me the motivation I needed to push through! I've started this app several times not getting past week 3 or 4....I can finally see the end in sight this time! I'm so excited to be a 'runner'! It's something I've always wanted to do, but until now I never thought I could.

Good luck, I start week 6 tomorrow. I was amazed that I managed to complete the 20 minute run, but now I know that I can do that, I am confident that I will be able to do the rest now.
Good luck with the running.

Well done!
I will be doing Wk 6 Run 1 on Monday.

I am still on a high from completing Wk 5 Run 3 yesterday. I can't believe I did it and now I can't wait to keep going.

I completed the 20 minute run on Thursday - so proud that i managed to do it. Felt it was such a leap from the length of runs previous, but i did it!!
Looking forward to starting week 6 run 1 in the morning....aiming to be able to complete a 5k run on 14th june, just following my 47th birthday! :D
