Weight loss

Post by mandicherise »

I am due to start this today but I was just wondered if this project had helped with weight loss?

I weigh exactly the same as when I started the program. My screwy bathroom scale that supposedly reads body fat insists I have the same body fat percentage as when I started. HOWEVER, I have noticeably slimmed down a fair bit. I'm back in my old jeans, which I wore when I was 20 pounds lighter, and they fit great. I've definitely lost fat and gained muscle, but my bathroom scale doesn't think so.

That's brilliant then. Bathroom scales who needs them! As long as u feel better and know u have lost fat that's the main thing. :D

I'm so glad to read that, I'm only half way through the program, but I look in the mirror and see a slimmer new means my old jeans I used to squeeze into now need a belt, but my bathroom scales doesn't agree, on a good day it gives me about 4 or5 pounds but otherwise it still insists I'm the same old fatty I was 6weeks ago!
I think the bathroom scales of the world are conspiring against us!
