I swore I'd never run !!!!

And guess what 7wks later 8.30 on a sunny Sunday morning I've done 25mins..... Yay
And I'm about 5stone over weight, I smoke a bit, never run in my life since I was a kid.
This programme is perfectly constructed I love it; I feel like I'm allowed to be a real human being again, with a body that works
My kids are as proud of me as I am if them, what has worked for me is that I never listen to myself chuntering on about not wanting to go out, too cold, too wet, too tired. I only think about what I will have as a reward when I'm finished..... And I'm just about to have that now, shower, coffee, newspaper, croissant !!, some times it's half an hour with a good book, but I'm a big believer in self love.
So thank you to the nice lady in the phone, and the clever designers if the programme
You have a convert for life !!
