I was unable to do my 2nd run in the program today (first was Weds) as I have my young son with me until Monday morning.
Is it OK to take up where I left off on Monday morning, or should I start from Run 1 again?
Saying that - I just had a short jogging race with him a few mins ago ( 100ft of so) and it really hurt still at the top of my legs!

Basically, it's up to you, I took nearly a week off due to illness during wk 6 and picked up where I left off, it was definitely a struggle though. As your only 1 run in though, I would ask yourself, how you felt it went, if it was relatively easy, move on, if not maybe start from scratch on Monday, which ever you feel most comfortable with

Thanks Simon,
I found the first one really hard, and half way through I was going to walk home but I think I found it a bit easier towards the end - but not that easy!
Suppose it was only one run so I may as well carry on and do R2 Monday, and R3 on Weds to catch up.
