Morning everyone
I'm not trying to find more ingenious ways to cheat - honest.
This morning I did r2w2 which if anyone read my post earlier in the week has taken me a lot longer than 2 weeks to get to. This mornings run was good I managed pretty much all of the runs and it occurred to me thinking ahead to next week - its not the length of the runs that bothers me its only having a 1 1/2 minute walk before the 3 minute run. To the point that I will prob re run week 2 even though I know if I had 2 mins Walk i could more than likely achieve the run
The alternative is pausing the ap on the walk until I know I'm ready to go which may add an extra 5 mins onto the workout but I'm not too concerned about that.
Any thoughts anyone ?

Just give it a go, you will probably be pleasantly surprised. I managed it on the first go, and it had taken me weeks to get to week 3. The program is designed to build up ur stamina, so really u should only walk for the time it tells you
