I ran this program originally with minimalist shoes, which changed the way my feet strike the ground, which developed different muscles in my legs. I can't run in regular shoes without getting fatigued fairly quickly. But I've been having some trouble with plantar fasciitis and had to change my shoes to a kind with more motion control and stability.
SO. Sunday I am basically restarting the C25k program (I will probably start in at week 3). I've done it once, so I know I can do it again, but I have to admit, this a little discouraging!

You can do it, don't be discouraged, at least you know you can complete the runs. If it's any consolation, I intend to redraft when I finish the program in order to get up from my current shuffle to a decent jog.
