First time I did really struggle (and hated) but WOW .....it was so much easier this time!
Chose a better, and nicer route (along the Thames), and turned on my music.
The whole run was a pleasure and really enjoyed it!

Just did R1W1 again as had to stop program a couple of weeks back because of a chest infection.
