Wow - that was great!
Felt a bit tired after the 3rd run though but quickly bounced back.
Found the whole session a tiny bit harder than day one but that may be because of my cough and chest infection which seems to have subsided a little.
But at the end of the cool down period I felt so good!
Can't wait for the next!
