Hi Guys, just finished week 1 run 3! I honestly cannot believe it. I did struggle tonight, maybe as it is the end of a busy week. My legs did not ache either, I was walking like Darth Vader on Tuesday. No Wine all week either :D . This App is fab, I have not done any exercise for years and the voice commands really help. Week 7?? Fingers crossed I make week 2.

Had 2 days off really want to run tomorrow but don't think I'll have time. Real bummer must definitely run Sunday. Sods law only decent days weather is tomorrow looks like I'll be getting wet again. Really enjoying this app. May not be saying that when I get to week 3. Keep going everyone

I Am now waiting for my client to hurry up and come so I can hurry up and finish work and get out there for my next run lol. I can actually say I never ever thought Id be getting excited about going for a run especially as the heavens are about to open and looks like Im gonna get extremely wet :? x

Wow - I managed to complete W1R3 and ran the full time! Roll on week2  Luckily the park was pretty empty today so no one saw me huffing and puffing. Fingers crossed it will be empty next time too.

Managed to fit my run in today so pleased, feel really god for it too. I used to get shin splints but have found running on softer ground helps. I run around the farmers fields and don't do any on the streets and haven't had any problems so far this time. Guess I'm lucky to live near fields. Just finished W2. W3 looks a bit scary, let's see how I get on :)

Ive just got in from my last run of week 2 that I re did as didnt feel confident enough to move on to week 3 as like yrself it seems a bit ambitious lol. Amazingly bad shin splints tonight so slightly disapointed.
I think the looks I get when I jog past people says it all, they and my self are waiting for me to flake out as I wheeze and puff and look thoroughly awful
Roll on week 3 peeps!!! eeeek lol

Just finished the first run of week 2! I too have shin splints and have found stretching a big help. Glad to see that I am not the only red faced, sweating and panting runner out there. I really enjoyed the run, frustrated to hear only 15 seconds to go.... Much preferred only 10 seconds to go, 5 seconds felt like an eternity. Good luck to all of us beginners!
