So proud of myself!

Post by chrissyyy123 »

Hey everyone, i'm Chrissy :)
I've just started using this app, after signing up for the Paris marathon next year..
Thought it was best to start training!
I haven't run in about 5 years, so thought it'd be impossible. But after reading reviews, i bought it, and am impressed!
The lady in your headphones proper pushes you forward, even after thinking i could give up she then tells me "come on, 10 more seconds!"
So yus, W1R1 just completed.
The 30 minutes went really quickly! Although i am now very achey.
How did everyone else find it?

Oh, goodness, do I ever remember the first days of running... I was so tired and sore I could hardly climb the stairs to go shower! I look back at those first few weeks and am still so amazed at my progress. Stick with it, it's such a great feeling to know you're pushing yourself, and when you start seeing and feeling improvement, it's so rewarding.

Welcome Chrissy! Awesome job on the first run! Yea this app is great :) I think I found this one by searching 5k and seeing that this one had the best reviews so I went ahead and bought it. I always heard its beat to sign up for the marathon and then train for it rather than train for it and then sign up. Good luck on it!
