OMG can't believe I've just managed week 4 run 1 wasn't sure I could do it but I ran for 3 mins and 5 mins twice little old me!!(well big old me). I'm 48 and have hardly done any proper exercise since my 20's and I can run for 5 mins without stopping. Bring it on!!!!

GREAT JOB!! I started mine Sunday morning and feel great. I can't believe how well I feel all around!

Just completed w4r2!! Can't believe how much easier it was compared to last time that I foud the energy to do a workout DVD after!! So presum i shall feel like death tomorrow at work!! This time 4 weeks ago I didn't think I would get past week2!! Good luck all

Omg a work out DVD after that's dedication. I must admit I feel like I could take on the world once I've finished my runs. Must be good for the mind as well as the body.

I'll certainly learn from that though... Don't have yr dinner before yr run no matter how light it is

So annoyed at myself as my last run was so good grrrr

Don't stand in a corner bex at least you did yours I've been naughty doing today's run tomorrow long day at work followed by tea after bad nights sleep sapped me if my motivation so I think I should be in the corner!

Haha Chrissy theres nothing wrong with taking the odd night off. I think sometimes it makes us feel so guilty for not doing it that it pushes you more for the next one. Well, that's what I tell myself lol
