Just done W1R1 I was leaving it till today to start then the rotten weather almost put me off but I thought if I don't start today I never will.
I thought the 3rd and 4th runs were the worst then I found the minutes running flew by. I can't wait to progress and I'm weirdly looking forward to Wednesday.

Hello, i did my first run yesterday. You're right, the last few just fly by! I found the 30 mins went proper quickly. Despite being achey today, i reqlly am looking forward to tomorrow!

Well done!! I am starting today and a bit nervous though I have done it before, years ago. Hoping it won't be too traumatic starting again, hope your 2nd run goes well!

Run 3 of week one done!!!
That seemed to be the toughest of the 3 for some reason, I couldn't be bothered but I'm glad I did it.
