Just completed W5R3

Post by RebekahJane »

I just completed W5R3 and i enjoyed it. I was running 6.5 km per hour and no stopping or resting or decreasing the speed. I am so proud of myself.

Well done to you :D I'm on week 5 next it looks scary but then so did week 4 so I'll give it a go and see. Week 4 went much better than I expected so hopefully I'll be feeling chuffed with myself next week.
Well done keep it up :D

Congratulations!! I started week 5 yesterday, so I'll be doing run 2 tomorrow and the dreaded 20 minute run on Saturday. I'm a bit nervous about it, but thanks for the inspiration! Best of Luck as you move forward.

You should be proud! I just completed that run not long ago and it felt like a milestone.

The dreaded W5 begins on Friday! Continued success to fellow w5ers! I hope to be a proud member of the w5r3 fraternity/sorority next Tuesday! Don't want to jinx myself, but not too worried about w5r1 (we had 5 minute runs already). W5r2 @ 8 minutes I'm a bit concerned to put it politely! Don't even get me started on 20 minutes for r3! :|

Great job, Rebekah! I do w5 r3 tomorrow (Friday), and I am a bit apprehensive about it! I'm glad to hear that it really is possible to successfully complete w5 r3. I was proud just to complete w5 r2! I actually found r1 & r2 of w5 easier than w4, and I took a week off from running!
