Not gunna lie...it's definitely been a hard struggle getting to this stage but i've managed to push through! My first attempt at the 20 minute was awful...stopped after 10 and did a walk/run the remaining. The second attempt a lot better...and today? WOW! In the 25 minutes, I managed to push out 3.2 miles!
I really do owe it all to this app and motivation in seeing results! I remember when I was struggling on the first 5 minute! And now i'm doing 25! I hope anyone that reads this and is struggling (like I was) with some of the runs, it gets better! Repeat the week/runs if you have to! There's no rush in getting in shape and feeling good about yourself!
Just finished week 6 today. The 25 minutes was a bit tough but I sure feel good now! Im with you, it's not all easy but it's certainly worth ever ounce if sweat! I haven't list a ton of weight, but I've dropped a size and I'm more toned. I feel great as well! This is an amazing app!!
