Week 6 Run 3

Post by Plummy »

I managed it, didn't think I would but I managed 25 mins non stop albeit very slow. I didn't think I'd manage it as the first 2 runs this week seemed hard.
The first 10 mins were the hardest then it seemed to get easier, either that or everything went numb.
If I can do this then really anyone can!!
Really looking forward to weeks 7, 8 & 9 now hope I can keep it up.

I find the first 10 min to be the hardest as well. I seem to settle into a good pace and let my mind wander off at the 10 min point and before I know it, I am a few minutes from the end!

I find the first half of ANY run to be the hardest. I think for me, it's a head game. I'm counting UP until I reach halfway, then after that I count DOWN to the end. You're doing GREAT, keep it up!
