Finished week 6 the 25 minute run!

Post by Not a runner-yet! »

I am hot, tired, sweating profusely, removing any excess clothing without being obscene and completely exhilarated! I had missed my Thursday run due to being at a work conference in Las Vegas, the heat was unbearable at 114 degrees! Then I should have also ran on Saturday but couldn't make myself, exhausted. So I wondered if I should re do an earlier run. Decided to just see how far I could go. I made it! I can't believe it! Even with the break. I'm doing a happy dance in my mind, my body is too busy recovering. It was a little too hot here so I think I would have had an easier time if I'd run earlier. Yay! I love this app!
