I Graduated Today!!
Yipee!! I finished the program today! I am so happy and proud!! I am 46 years old and have hated running my whole life. That is until now. Now, I look forward to running. Next, I have to sign up for a 5k. That does make me a little nervous, but I am up to the challenge. Now I just have to figure out what to do next in regard to training. Like everyone else, I do wish there was an extension to this app. It really the best $2.99 I've ever spent!
