Well done nice to have you back.
I've not run for 3 days, heavy drinking weekend just can't hack it anymore, getting old !!
I really must run tomorrow or I'll be backtracking just hope I have the incentive to run when the kids are off school that's normall when I fall back and get lazy.

hahaha were all feeling old lol, its hard to fit it in I know but soooo rewarding when it is. 
I think Ill stick to the treadmill this week just to get myself back up and running properly.
Amazing isnt it, we have a bit of a blip but we come back fighting
