I a newbie to this app, but I have already started my couch to 5K program with a group of runners. Is there any way I can change the dates to reflect where I am today (about week 3) so that the dates are correct?

Just pick which run you want and select it you can do each run/week as many times as you want, you can also skip runs easily. X

Hi, I had a similar problem, I started my first run on a sunday (couldnt wait until the wednesday when I was officially going to start) and so all my dates were off. I wanted to run a Wed/ Fri/ Sunday so i had to keep selecting to run when in fact it was saying i should rest. I had to take some time off so i managed to get my dates in sync by re-starting my running on the correct day of the week. You can delete runs in settings/run log. Hope I'm making sense!!!! Good luck

Either select and skip runs, or start runs then select 'x' to stop them and mark them as complete, you won't be able to mark your correct start date but at least itll be right from now on.
