Ok so two years ago I comPleted get running. Carried on running for a year then stopped due to starting a nursing degree and having no time or energy.
One year later I want to get back into shape and make time to run again!! I found I couldn't run so have starting from scratch with get running week one run one today. I found it very challenging which is ashame as i was running up to five miles four times a week this time last year . Has anyone else started again here any tips ?!
