What Heart-rate are you seeing?
I am currently on W5R2 (two 8 min runs) and have been repeating R1 and R2 for the last 3 weeks(I had a vacation that messed up my schedule). Another reason I am doing so is because I want my heart rate to come down a hair before I move on. I am seeing a heart rate of 195 BPM sustained towards the end of the two runs. I have a feeling this is pretty high so I would like it to drop to somewhere between 185 and 190 sustained before I move on. I have definitely seen my heart improve though this far. When I was first started the course I would hit 202 BPM towards the ends of my runs but with time that came down to a sustained 185BPM and wouldnt just keep increasing like it was. I know this is very high but have been curious what others are seeing? If it is way high comparatively then it might go ask my doc about it, in case it could be doing some damage or something, thanks.

Re: What Heart-rate are you seeing?
It'd probably be helpful to mention that I am a 29 yo Male, and from what I've seen my max Heart-Rate is 202 BPM. So basically I am running with my Heart going at 97% for the last half of each run. I have tried breathing faster and slower to see if it has an effect but it does not.
Re: What Heart-rate are you seeing?
It really depends on you, and what kind of speed you're doing. My heart rate rarely goes over 150 (even when jogging up a steep hill), but then I'm a slow runner with a slow resting heart rate for my size (and I'm ten years older than you...)
