Yup, that was spam. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have several different spam defences in place for the forums, but occasionally a couple of odd ones slip through. (This shoe salesman seems quite persistent...)
If you see any posts like these -- which seem strangely unrelated to running, or are just trying to sell stuff -- please hit the little "exclamation mark" icon just above the post.
