Week 2 Run 1

Post by stockske »

I just finished week 2 run 1 and I'm feeling great! I'm so embarrassingly proud of myself after each run. I feel like in finally building up the confidence and the ability to become a long-term runner. Thank you so much to the creators of this app and the members of this forum for keeping me going - you're all so inspiring!

Congratulations! I'm on week 2 as well (repeating it because I was ill first time around). It feels great doesn't it!

It feels amazing! I just finished Week 3 Run 1 - whew! It felt like a pretty big step up, but I feel great now. I live in New York so I was able to run through Central Park before starting work. So pretty! What week are you both on?

Well done stockske!! You should be proud of yourself, if you're like me and have always aspired to be one of those "just popping out for a run" people, it's a great feeling to finally be on the right track.
I just completed W2 and can't wait to start W3!! Never thought I'd look forward to putting my trainers on and heading out for a jog!

Keep it up and good luck to everyone, it seems we're all on similar weeks so it'll be great to see how we all get on.
