Newbie :)

Post by Boperella »

Hi!

I've just finished week 1 and am so stoked! It went fine- bit puffy and heavy footed at times but I did it! Can't believe I've spent my Saturday evening running rather than drinking and smoking haha!

Definatly time for a celebratory glass of red. Fingers crossed in the conning weeks I start to shift some inches (fingers crossed - please tell me this will happen!)

I've been reading these forums all week so thanks to everyone for inspiring me to give it a go!

Yay again!!

Welcome! You are embarking on one amazing journey: when you finish this program, your life will be changed. I'm not even being dramatic, you'll see! And you will definitely shift inches, no worries there!

Well done for starting! The secret to getting ahead is getting started :)

I'm sure you'll shift a few pounds if you keep at it, especially in the later weeks. I don't own a set of scales but my body has definitely changed shape and toned up a bit since I started! I'm on week 7 at the moment :)

Good luck with week 2!

Hi guys!

Thanks for such positive comments, really helps to get inspired :). Well I've just done W2R2 and I have to say it went fine! Bit of a sore right shin for the first half but 1) my trainers were a bit too tight and 2) I've been trying to improve my technique so that I'm not landing on my heel with my foot in front of my centre of gravity.

Just took a sneaky peek at next week. Eeek!!

Keep going, 5k here we come!!
