Hi!
I'm still running. Had to repeat week 5 but ive just done week 6 run 2 tonight and brrrr it was cold! Not sure of the temperature but I ran in a thermal top and gloves and didn't overheat!
Where are you on your progress thingy? Ie what run did you do today? I'm due to run Christmas day- cant see that happening after a night out Xmas eve!

Hello!
Glad you're still going strong! Well done you (us haha! It's hard in this cold weather but you soon warm up. It's shoving yourself out the door that is the hardest part.
I just ran week 6 run 3 which is 25 mins but I also did the last run as a long 25 min run because it was just too cold to walk. I couldn't bear it. Today's run went wonky. I had to stop after 23 mins because I got a savage stitch really suddenly. I was bent double. What I should have done is walk a minute then carry on but it was also torrential rain (which actually I loved) and I was so wet my trousers were heavy lol.
It's another couple of 25 min runs coming so I can make sure I have it nailed before moving on.
Apart from the weather how are you finding it? Are you enjoying it? I really am. I feel fitter and very glad that I started this. I'm considering getting a GPS watch for Xmas because run keeper keeps going nuts on me.
Thanks for the reply
