I'm in Love!

Post by mattie90 »

Yesterday I completed w2 r1 and have to say the last interval confirmed my need to run. I was down to the last 1 1/2 and didn't feel tired or out of breath and even became oblivious to the effort I was exerting until the nice British lady came on to tell me I was done. It was like I was a teenager again and playing soccer. Hours of practice and running and I only felt the thrill of the game.
Now I’m 22 finishing my degree and maintain a full time job. I’m puggy and never stick to a workout routine for more than a month. The teenager that could run for hours seems like a dream. Well screw that my ass is running again and I can’t help but say yay! This app rocks and by my 23rd birthday I’ll be running my butt all over the place! :D
