" i also want to add that struggles with running are natural. I have had weeks where I would just stop running at a certain point and start walking.... no rhyme or reason, I would just say I couldn't do it. The only advice I have is this, KEEP AT IT. Some days will suck but hopefully the good days start to take over. Always remember the voices that say you can't do it or you can't go anymore are probably big ole liars!"
So glad you wrote this, yesterday everything I done went wrong, and I should've stayed in bed but I thought I'd complete w4r3 how wrong could I have been, even 2 steps into jogging I knew I had nothing in my tank, could only manage 3-3.5 mins runs!!! For no reason at all and that was pushing myself, I admit I was against the wind for part of my run but I just felt like I had no energy, this week has been a bad week and will probably repeat it, but it's good to know that I'm not the only person to feel like this and that you can get past it, thank you for posting and providing hope for the rest of us x

I'm glad I could provide you some reassurance after a tough week. I have heard, and I do believe, your worst runs come right before you see big improvement. And those tough runs are never going to go away, if you just come to accept that they are going to happen it makes it seem like running further and faster is truly attainable!
