I usually run outside but it came a flood here today so I used the treadmill. I can't run at all on a treadmill. I kept losing footing then running into the front of the treadmill and having to push off. Any suggestions in case it happens again?
I was extra mad because it was week 5 run 3 and I finally had to stop so I didn't break something.

Hi, I only use the treadmill, haven't ran outside yet. If you are running into the front of the treadmill I can only assume that you are running faster than the speed of the treadmill, does this sound like a possibility? Also when on the treadmill I find it much easier to focus on one thing in front of you, if you look down or side to side you tend to go off balance. Hopefully you can conquer it and complete the dreaded wk 5 run 3.
